INGREDIENTS(ONE SERVING):
• 100g tuna in its own juice;
• 2-3 tablespoons of boiled rice;
• 3 teaspoons of oil-free mayonnaise;
• 2-3 sliced radishes;
• 1 teaspoon of soy sauce;
• 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar (or classic);
• 1 sliced cucumber;
• 1/4 onion, sliced;
• 1/4 teaspoon of pepper;
• 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
I put all the ingredients in a casserole, put the lid on and shook it well. You can add salt, pepper and chilli flakes, depending on your taste. I ate the salad with dried seaweed sheets, but you can also eat it plain.
METHOD OF PREPARATION BASMATI RICE:
I put two and a half glasses of water on the stove and brought it to a boil. I added 1/2 teaspoon of salt, stirred well, and let it reach a rolling boil. Then, I added a glass of well-washed rice, stirred, and let everything to cook for 10 minutes after it started boiling again. During these 10 minutes, I stirred 1-2 times. After that, I turned off the heat, covered the pot with a lid, and let the rice sit for another 10 minutes to absorb the remaining water.
