Parsley salad

I have selected some recipes that you might like:
• Zucchini with cheese
• Cheese and tomato tart with a soft crust
• Halloumi salad
Ingredients:
• 3 bunches of parsley;
• 70g couscous;
• 1 large cucumber;
• 4 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds;
• 1/2 lime juice;
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
• salt, pepper to taste;
• nuts.
I prepared the couscous according to the instructions on the package. I mixed it with a little salt, poured hot water over it and covered it with a plate. I left it for 5 minutes.
I chopped the parsley and cucumber and mixed all the ingredients in a bowl.
We had the salmon salad in walnut crust. They were yummyy!! 🤍
