Salty crackers
For a long time I avoided doing salty crackers at home because it seemed too complicated. It's actually very simple! 🤍

• Unleavened bagels

INGREDIENTS:
• 150g flour;
• 100g butter 82%;
• 100g cream cheese;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt (or a whole teaspoon if you prefer them more salty);
• 1 yolk;
• 2 spoons of milk;
+ 30g of cream cheese for greasing the dough;
• 1 spoon of cumin.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I added the flour and salt to a bowl, mixed them together, and then grated cold butter on top.
2. I mixed the butter with the flour until I got the texture of wet sand.
3. I put the cream cheese and kneaded until I got a dough. I gave it a ball shape, flattened it, wrapped the dough in cling film and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
4. I took the dough out onto the work surface and rolled it out well. I spread it with 15g of cream cheese and then wrapped it in a rectangular shape. I stretched it well, spread it with another 15g of cream cheese and gave it a rectangular shape again. I wrapped it in cling film and put it in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
5. I put the dough on the work surface and spread it leaving a thickness of 1 cm.
6. I cut out the crackers and placed them on a tray lined with baking paper. I mixed the yolk with the milk and greased the crackers. On top of them I sprinkled cumin.
7. I put the tray in the Air Fryer for 20 minutes at 180*C.
