Scones
When I was in England, I saw everywhere these triangles that are usually served at breakfast next to ☕️ or at 5 o'clock next to a cup of 🫖. 🤍
They are very easy to make and don't require much effort at all! ✨

I have selected some recipes that you might like:
• Clafoutis with ricotta
• Baked oats
• Blueberry cake, no added sugar, baked in the Air Fryer
INGREDIENTS:
• 170g flour;
• 80g butter 82%;
• 1 teaspoon baking powder;
• 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate;
• 3 teaspoons sugar;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt;
• 50g Greek yogurt;
• 50g milk;
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence;
• lemon peel.
+ for spreading: one yolk, 3 tablespoons of milk, 1 teaspoon of sugar.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I mixed in a bowl: flour, baking powder, bicarbonate, salt and sugar.
2. I incorporated cold cubed butter into the resulting composition. We got the consistency of wet sand.
3. In a bowl I mixed: yogurt, milk, essence and lemon peel.
4. I put the wet composition on top of the dry and mixed until the dough started to form. I transferred it to the worktop.
5. You don't need to knead it much—just enough to bring everything together into a ball. Then, flatten it out, shaping it into a rectangle.
6. I put the blueberries on top of the dough (it will be a little sticky), pressed them gently into the dough, then rolled it up into a log. I flattened it and cut it into triangles (I got 7 pieces).
7. I placed them on a plate and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
8. I put a baking sheet in the Airfryer and then placed the triangles. I smeared them with a composition consisting of egg and milk, and sprinkled a little sugar on top of them.
9. I baked them for 12 minutes at 180*C. If you prefer them more browned, you can leave them for up to 15 minutes. 🤗
Good appetite!
