Tuna sandwich

INGREDIENTS(3 SANDWICHES):
• 2 cans of tuna;
• 3-4 generous teaspoons of mayonnaise without oil (you can find the recipe here);
• salt, pepper, chilli flakes;
• 2 green onions (or white/red onions);
• 1 small bunch of dill ;
• 6 slices of bread;
• 3 teaspoons of pesto;
• 1 tomato;
• 1 avocado;
• lemon juice.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. In a bowl I put the tuna, mayonnaise and spices. I mixed.
2. I chopped the onion and dill, then added them to the tuna. Afterward, I mixed everything together.
3. I toasted the bread.
4. I spread a slice of bread with pesto, put a layer of avocado, sprinkled it with lemon juice and then put two slices of tomato. On another slice I put a generous layer of the composition obtained earlier.
5. I made a sandwich out of the two slices and wrapped it in parchment paper to make it easier to cut. I repeated the same process for the other two sandwiches.
