Homemade shaorma/gyros

INGREDIENTS:
• 5 flatbread(you can find the recipe here);
• 850g boneless chicken legs ;
• salt, pepper, sweet paprika, granulated garlic, granulated onion;
• 2 tablespoons oil;
• 150g Greek yogurt;
• 1 tablespoon lime juice;
• 4 leaves of mint;
• 2 cloves of garlic;
• 1 bunch of parsley;
• green salad.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I seasoned the chicken legs with oil, salt, pepper, sweet paprika, granulated garlic and granulated onion (quantities differ according to everyone's tastes). I mixed well.
2. I placed the chicken pieces in the Airfryer and turned it on at 200*C for 12 minutes.
3. When the time was up, I turned the chicken on the other side and left it for another 12 minutes at 200*C. I let the meat cool a bit and then cut it into strips.
4. For the sauce, I mixed yogurt, lime juice, a little salt, crushed garlic and finely chopped mint.
5. I spread garlic sauce over a flatbread, added two lettuce leaves, pieces of chicken, a bit more sauce, and sprinkled some chopped parsley on top, then folded it up.
