Shawarma on a plate

MEAT INGREDIENTS:
• 700g boneless chicken thighs;
• 1 tablespoon oil;
• 2 generous tablespoons yogurt;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika;
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic;
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I mixed all the ingredients.
2. I arranged the thighs on the Airfryer skewer, creating a larger skewer. Using two tongs, I secured the meat firmly in place.
3. I put it in the Airfryer and turned it on the chicken function. I left it for ~35 minutes, during which it browned nicely.
4. I wrapped it in baking paper and aluminum foil until the other ingredients were ready.
INGREDIENTS FOR POTATOES:
• 600g potatoes;
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic;
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper;
• 1 tablespoon oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I cut the potatoes into cubes and left them in the water until the meat was almost done.
2. I took them out of the water, wiped them with kitchen towels, transferred them to a bowl and put the rest of the ingredients on top of them.
3. I mixed well, put them in the special basket and then installed it in the Airfryer.
4. I turned it on the Potatoes function and cooked them for ~35 minutes.
GARLIC SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
• 4 crushed garlic cloves;
• 200g yogurt;
• 1/3 teaspoon salt;
• 1/2 lemon juice.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Mix all the ingredients and keep everything in the refrigerator until all the elements for the shawarma are ready.
PICKLED ONION INGREDIENTS:
• 3 medium-sized red onions;
• 600ml water;
• 100ml vinegar;
• 2 tablespoons sugar;
• 1 teaspoon peppercorns.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I put the water, vinegar, sugar, peppercorns in a pot, mixed well and put it on low heat. I waited for it to boil.
2. In the meantime, I cleaned, washed and cut the onion into thin strips.
3. I put the onion strips (which I separated by hand) in the pot, mixed and left everything on low heat for 1 minute.
4. I turned off the heat, put the lid on and let the composition rest for 15 minutes.
5. I transferred it to a jar, and when it reached room temperature, I put the jar in the refrigerator.
What else I used: pickled cucumbers, parsley.
