I haven't made this meat tart recipe in a very long time and I really missed it! 🤍

BASE INGREDIENTS:

• 250g flour;
• 130g butter with 82% fat;
• 1 teaspoon of salt;
• 1 egg;
• 2-4 teaspoons of cold water, depending on the size of the egg.

METHOD OF PREPARATION BASE:

1. I sifted the flour on the worktop.
2. I sprinkled the salt over it, put the cold butter cut into cubes and incorporated it into the flour.
3. When I got a sandy consistency, I put the egg and started kneading. If the dough seems dry, add a little more cold water until you get a slightly pliable dough.
4. I wrapped the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for an hour.
5. When the time was up, I put the dough between two baking sheets and rolled it out.
6. I placed the dough in the tart pan, pressed it well on the edges, removed the excess and pricked it with a fork a few times.
7. I put a crumpled baking sheet over the dough and on top of it I put ~200g of rice.
8. I put the pan in the oven preheated to 180*C for 15 minutes.
9. I took the pan out of the oven, removed the baking sheet and the rice. I put the pan in the oven for another 10 minutes.

FILLING INGREDIENTS:

• 350g minced pork and beef mix;
• 1 red pepper;
• 1 onion;
• 5 cloves of garlic;
• 200ml water;
• 100ml tomato paste;
• 1 tablespoon oil;
• 2 eggs;
• 150g yogurt;
• 100g grated cheese;
• salt, pepper.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I browned the meat in a spoonful of oil.
2. I added finely chopped onion and pepper, crushed garlic, salt and pepper over the browned meat. I let it set for 4 minutes.
3. I added the water, the tomato sauce and left it on the fire for 10 minutes. When the time was up, I stopped and let the composition cool.
4. I beat the eggs well with salt, pepper and yogurt. I added the meat composition, the cheese and mixed. I put the obtained composition in the tart pan.
5. I put the pan in the oven for ~45 minutes at 180*C.
6. I let it cool, took it out of the mold, cut it and ate it with yogurt.
It was delicious! 🤍
