Oatmeal with baked plums
Fall is here, so it's time for some delicious and healthy recipes to warm us up a bit.

INGREDIENTS:
• 45g oat flakes;
• 100ml milk;
• 150ml water;
• 2-3 tablespoons of baked plums;
• 10g chopped walnuts;
+ optional: cinnamon.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
I put the oats, water and milk on a low heat. I left the composition on fire for ~5 minutes and stirred constantly. In the end I got a creamy consistency. I transferred it to the bowl and on top I put the baked plums, walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
Depending on your preferences, you can also add protein powder.
I washed the plums, quartered them, and placed them in a heatproof dish. Then, I baked them in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
