Avocado and crispy chickpea toast

A simple and quick recipe for a healthy and vegan breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:
• 300g of boiled chickpeas;
• 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic;
• 1 teaspoon of curry;
• a teaspoon of turmeric;
• 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika;
• salt;
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil;
• 1 avocado;
• 2 slices of bread;
• 1/2 teaspoon of tahini;
• 1/2 lemon juice.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
I seasoned the chickpeas and then put the tray in the preheated oven (200*C) for 10 minutes.
