INGREDIENTS:

• 5 slices of bread;
• 60g cream cheese;
• 1 zucchini;
• 1 can of tuna in oil;
• tomatoes;
• olives;
• cheese;
• 1 spoon pesto;
• salt, pepper, oregano.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I cut the zucchini into strips.
2. I heated a pan and added a teaspoon of oil from the tuna can. Then, I added the zucchini strips, seasoned them with salt and pepper, and browned them on both sides.
3. I removed the zucchini on a plate, put another teaspoon of oil in the pan and added the slices of bread that I browned on both sides.
4. I smeared the slices of bread with cream cheese and then "decorated" them with the zucchini. I added the tuna, diced tomatoes, pieces of cheese, slices of olives, pesto and at the end I sprinkled oregano.
