Crepes cake

I don't know what I waited so long for. If only I knew it was this easy.. 🙈

I have selected some recipes that you might like:

CREPES INGREDIENTS (17 CREPES):
• 300ml lukewarm milk;
• 3 eggs;
• 450ml mineral water/soda;
• 360g flour;
• 4-5 drops sweetener or 2-3 tablespoons sugar;
• a pinch of salt;
• 2 tablespoons oil for frying the crepes.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I beat the eggs thoroughly with the sweetener and salt.
2. I gradually added the milk and part of the flour (two tablespoons each). I added it in 3 batches.
3. When I finished adding the milk, I started adding the mineral water (also in three batches). 1/3 of the mineral water, 2 tablespoons of flour and so on until I finished both.
4. I cooked the crepes in an oiled pan on medium to low heat.
ICING INGREDIENTS:
• 500g mascarpone;
• 300ml whipping cream;
• 120g powdered sugar;
• 2 teaspoons orange essence (I recommend using orange essence and not another essence, it gives a super good taste).
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I put the whipping cream and sugar in a bowl. I mixed for a few minutes, until the composition began to harden. Be careful not to mix too much.
2. I then added the mascarpone and the essence.
3. I mixed for another minute and then put the cream in the refrigerator until all the elements were ready.
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
• 3 apples;
• 50g butter;
• 50g sugar;
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I peeled the apples and removed the cores and seeds. I cut them into cubes.
2. In a high-walled pan, on low heat, I put all the ingredients. I mixed very well and left everything on the heat for about 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLY:
On a plate, I placed a crepe, spread a spoonful of the mixture evenly on top, then added another crepe. I repeated this process, layering the crepes and spreading the mixture until all the crepes were used. I put the rest of the mixture (about 3 generous spoons) on the last crepe and spread it. On top I put the apples which had cooled in the meantime. I left the cake in the fridge for 2-3 hours before cutting it. 🤍
